Well, I’ve been silent again. It’s been a really challenging year, leaving me with a lack of bandwidth to get in the writing spirit. I've largely let my social media stagnate as well. I try, here and there, but it’s not as rewarding as it once was. It has been good to take this unplanned break. The patio cover is done for the most part and I have plenty of pictures to share at some point, including a half-finished blog post from a year ago. I’m still pretty burned out, but even getting in here now to write, is getting the juices flowing.
But, catching up, It has been really good to get into RV travel.
Throughout the pandemic, at my day job, I had been tasked with video production to keep in touch with the team. I rather enjoyed it and continue to expand my skills in that area. After a bit of that, I combined both video creation and the new RV hobby to start dabbling in some videos for YouTube. I don’t know where all of this is going to lead, but I’m enjoying playing around with it. In fact, I think I’ll be pressing into DIY content with the RV, on video, and maybe on the blog at some point.
If you have any interest, or just want to see my mug yammering on again, here are the first three for your potential enjoyment. Hopefully, you can see my camera comfort and editing skills develop bit by bit.
